Parker Dress - White

The Parker Dress in White has an off the shoulder neckline with removable straps. The bodice comes with boning at the sides, front and back with sleeves that can be worn up or down. It has an invisible zipper at the center back. It has a tight fitting skirt finished with a high-low peplum.
