We want you to love your JAUS purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags and liners are attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
